2. Software Use & Responsibility
The software is designed to automate native browser interactions within WhatsApp Web. Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring they have explicit permission to contact the recipients.
- Adhering to anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
- Any account limitations or bans resulting from excessive or irresponsible automation.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software is provided **"as is"** and **"as available"** without warranties of any kind.
While we utilize advanced webpack injection to ensure stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. SLTD - WA Sender is not responsible for any technical issues caused by updates to the WhatsApp Web platform.
4. Licensing & Security
Each license is device-locked to ensure security and prevent unauthorized distribution.
- Licenses cannot be shared across multiple devices simultaneously.
- We reserve the right to revoke licenses found in violation of these terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SLTD - WA Sender or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
