Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Product

Due to the digital nature of **SLTD - WA Sender** and the immediate activation of license keys upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a license has been issued.

Immediate access to digital property constitutes a "consumable" digital good. Once the license is generated and sent to your email, the product is considered "used."

2. License Key Activation

License keys are unique, device-locked, and tied to your hardware ID. As such:

  • Refunds are not provided for unused license keys that have already been issued.
  • Refunds are not provided for account bans resulting from misuse or violation of WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Exceptions to this policy may apply only under the following conditions:

  • Required by applicable local law (e.g., mandatory cooling-off periods in specific jurisdictions).
  • Technical failure on our end that prevents the activation of the license key, provided our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • Accidental duplicate purchases (e.g., being charged twice for the same license).

4. Usage Quotas

Daily message limits are clearly outlined in the pricing tiers. Reaching your daily limit is not a valid ground for a refund, as the limit resets every 24 hours.
